[Impractical to implement] Last heard to contact saving

No.

This won't be implemented as there is no memory in which to store this information.

The EEPROM memory is already fully committed to the codeplug, and the Flash memory is too slow and has a limited number of erase / write cycles to make it practical to use for this purpose.

Also, the radio does not have a realtime clock, so it would be impossible to determine when call was received if it was saved and restored.

And also number record that are even stored in memory, would mean any saved data would get very quickly overritten by new incoming signals, making the saving even more pointless.

The only thing which is a possible enhancement is to create a new contact from a Last Heard record, and this idea has already been discussed in the past, albeit, possibly not logged as an enhancement issue on GitHub
