Hello. I have an RT3S/GPS where I want to install OPENGD-77. I've made several attempts, with several versions) but none of them issue or receive. The menu works, the look is nice, but as I said it does not emit or receive. Can you help me?

Did You write codeplug over CPS?
After uploading opengd77 to radio You have to write the codeplug (create at least one channel, Zone and click write to radio).

sounds like a issue with the donor file during installation. Did you follow the installation guide step by step? Did you have the [+DMR] in the window header before you flash the FW?
...just as a starting point what to look for!

I have a retevis rt3s with GPS and just installed the latest version of the firmware and everything works flawlessly.

Here are a few things that need to be working and may stop your radio/opengd77 to work.

- Have the correct drivers for your programming cable.
- Download the "donor" firmware (this is the original firmware to your particular radio)
- Install open gd77 CPS to flash the firmware and program your radio properly

At any time if one of these items is not there/not working properly could make the entire process fail.

I have a brand new RT3s and it has their current version firmware. When I attempt an OpenGD77 install I get an error of "official donor firmware version not correct". Any suggestions?

Please carefully re-read the installation instructions.

You must have a copy of the donor firmware available on your PC. Download it from here

It only needs to be on your PC ,do not try to load it into the radio.
