Out of band with new firmware

Hi, already installed firmware OpenGD77 to my Retevis RT3S everything looks pretty much better but now with this firmware it says OUT OF BAND error trying 451.200 but with the old and original firmware I could tx out of band!! any suggestion on this?

And the firmware has the same behaviour on every supported platforms.
