This codeplug is for OpenGD77 Firmware and will not work with the Official Radioditty Firmware.
The zones in the codeplug are:
- Edinburgh Local (edit this to include your local channels)
- Scottish Analogue Repeaters (arbitrarily split into East, North and West Zones)
- Simplex channels (Analogue and Digital)
- Repeater Channels (Analogue and Digital) split by RSGB Regions. Only Brandmeister repeaters are included but the Channels list also contains non-Brandmeister Digital Repeaters which can be added as required to Zone lists.
- International Space Station
- Marine Band
- APMR
- DPMR
- LPD43
- SO50
- UK Business Radio
- Scottish Brandmeister Repeaters
A space ( ) after a Callsign indicates that the station operates Analogue on a VHF (2m) frequency.
A full stop (.) after a Callsign indicates that the station operates Digital on a VHF (2m) frequency.
A hyphen (-) after a Callsign indicates that the station operates Analogue on a UHF (70cm) frequency.
An equals sign (=) after a Callsign indicates that the station operates Digital on a UHF (70cm) frequency.
Please let me know of any obvious errors.

Re: Updated GM1YME UK Codeplug with a Scottish Flavour
Thank you! My kids live in the UK and I use to be there often (before COVID-19).
Hopefully I will be able to travel again soon and get the codeplug loaded into my GD-77.
I normally use the Moonraker codeplug on my B-Tech 6x2, but it will be nice to be able to use the GD-77 also.
Tks.

Thanks for this. Just came across this codeplug, and it has saved a lot of time and effort with my RD-5R. Thanks!
Re: Updated GM1YME UK Codeplug with a Scottish Flavour
A sad and belated post :
John Hein, GM1YME has died on Wednesday 23rd of December 2020
His comprehensive support and code plug for the GD-77 Radio has obviously stopped and the domain < www.gm1yme.uk > is no longer active.
John’s death is a sad loss to the amateur radio community and also to the other communities he held dear to his heart
Rest in peace GM1YME
