Unfortunately my RD5R does not work with the new firmware and my MMDVM hotspot. I would probably have to make an RX / TX correction at the MMDVM hotspot. Then my other radio devices with the hotspot no longer work. I hope there is still a solution. 73 Stefan, DO2STA

If you have access to frequency counter, you can check if it's properly aligned.

Cheers.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem and that's why I downloaded the factory software again and my RD-5R connects seamlessly to my two single- and dual-slot hotspots. After uploading OpenRD-5R software I can no longer connect to either hotspot or the other. Only after reducing the frequency -700Hz in TX radio was restored. I can't change anything in the hotspot (Offset), because the other three radios will have the same problem as the RD-5R.

Yesterday, I loaded the April 30 release on both of my GD-77s and they are working beautifully. Thank you for another fine release!

Hi,

does anyone else have the problem on FM, especially on repeaters, when the other party is over-modulated (to close to microphone or too much mic gain), the RX on GD77 starts to break (stutter) ? I noticed this on two latest final releases.

Otherwise working great, thank you!

Tnx Jordi,

it seems to be the same problem, I haven't noticed until I read that post that all repeaters I noticed the problem on transmit with Ctcss. I will post on that post also.

Hi
I still have the bug that I mentionned about the previous pre-release
All my 3 GD77 have the same:

When switching from a FM channel towards a DMR channel (only tested towards a busy DMR channel) the RX sound is muted.

DMR -> DMR no problem
FMN -> DMR no problem
FM -> DMR no sound

73 and thanks again for the huge job that's being done
