Test version to fix beep problem on Channel Details screen

Guys, if possible could you try this version.
It includes a possible bug fix for a problem with the beep sound on the Channel Details and Last Heard screens, if the Up or Down arrow was held down.
The problem seems to be caused because the re-rendering of the display, was preventing the audio buffer being refilled, (with the tone sine wave data).
So I've modified the display rendering function, so that it can be interrupted by other parts of the firmware, including the beep playback system.
This seems to have fixed the beep problem, but the possible side effect of this change could be that the display could get corrupted.
I've tested this for a while, but I've not noticed any display corruption, but the only way to test this thoroughly is to post this version, and let more people try it.
