OpenGD77 CPS has been updated

The CPS now supports loading firmware onto the Baofeng RD-5R / DM-5R

This release also removes the radio type auto detection in the firmware loader, because the GD-77S and RD-5R can't be differentiated at the moment, because they return the same identification data
And the release also fixes a bug where the firmware loader screen could not be closed after the firmware was downloaded and installed into the radio.
