hi, i looked in the cps at my digital channels and the 'open GD77 Squelch Level' was at 15% on all my digitalchannels.
I changed them all to 'disabled' and re=loaded the 1422 firmware.
green led now works normally.

sorry Roger but now that the CC filter is working properly you could also remove the scan CC function from the menu of the orange button in your opinion?

Yes. CC scan is no longer needed. I will remove it.

Yes.
If you change the filter setting to None, the radio detects the CC and locks onto it, changing the CC setting for Tx as well as Rx.

Is this the full code for the CC disable filter? Thanks to a couple guys on here, I see that when it's built on this, it resets the CC to 0 in VFO or the memory channels if on anything else on a couple of the filters. especially when set to none. They mentioned it on my firmware page.

Okay, things are being weird tonight. So I tested using the 0c78b5a build. I guess it does produce the same problem with the filtering is off.
Give it a shot. Any channel or VFO, CC set to anything but 0, switch the filter to off, then transmit. You'll see it will revert to 0. If it doesn't, change the frequency, set to anything but 0, and transmit again, it'll change back to 0.
