I'm experiencing severe RF receive dropouts with the .085 1/29 version software. Going back to earlier version.

Re Marc,

Can you remind me which Pi-Star you're running, and the Raspberry model (just to see if I can reproduce your conditions).

Cheers.

Minor bug, and probably not new, but noticed when eyeballing the new flashing identifier bits scanning.

Shouldn't scan when there's only one channel in a zone. I have my hotspot in its own zone and noticed today it appears that it'll scan there. It doesn't cause any problems that I can tell however. I can log this in github if you want to track it there.
I am not sure it’s a bug. But I agree it’s pointless scanning a zone that only contains one channel, and since we know how many channels are in a zone , would could prevent the scan running if it’s a one channel zone

HI Daniel, MMDVMHOST attached as zip file. Running on PiZeroW with Pi-Star R4.1.0 RC7 and updates.

I've gone back to the .82 version with CWID working.

At the moment it seems to work as well as it did.

Concerning the new way that the info are displayed, if I may tell about my own taste, I like better the "old" screen:
- Received TG
- Call then first name (even if it is sometimes too long)
- Info about the current channel or TA depending on the database

Currently I miss this last info Channel. I like better this info rather than the talker alias (for stations in the database)

Even if we put an option to set contact information source priority, the "old" one won't be like this anymore, but on two lines (callsign and first name down below).

Cheers.
