Roger and Daniel,
Really nice implementation of quick access to the Last Heard with the black button. It really helps when working a new station. Also, the new backlight options give the operator complete control over how they want to use the backlight. Another total winner for the user. This firmware is a keeper!

I've now updated the Latest to be this new version, and used the previous version as the Stable version. Though I think this one is also equally stable

It seems to be stable, I have been testing for a while and not seeing any issues

Hi! Great FW, almost perfect. But i still miss one thing with screen backlit: I'm using one TG-77 in my car mounted in a holder in windscreen, and every time the repeater drop carrier (after beacon and also after traffic on some other TG than mine) the light go on in 5 sec (my settings Auto 5s)
This is irritating in evening drive.
Yes in the new FW i can turn all off but auto on on my TG litening would be very nice.....

i noticed on mine that doesn't happen anymore which is great, it used to trigger the back light at the end of a received transmission, but now it stays dark which is great.
maybe check you have the latest firmware 08.47.49 dec 28 2019 1b1e7d5

Hi Ken and thanks for Your info, my FW was from Dec 27. Now all are PERFECT, I like this FW.
But if we can also get dual-watch the FW are completed !!

thats great. to be honest when i first switched to the open gd77 firmware, I did miss dual watch, but the scan speed is so fast, I dont miss it anymore, the scan feature is virtually the same as dual watch, except its MULTI WATCH
