Nov 24th OpenGD77_latest.sgl updated

Post by VK3KYY » Sat Nov 23, 2019 11:49 pm

Guys

Following on from my post about changes to the underlying storage of the VFO etc

viewtopic.php?f=13&t=150

I've now uploaded a new OpenGD77_latest.sgl to the usual location.

https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/ ... latest.sgl

The specific upload link is

https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/ ... latest.sgl

This version also includes Colin's addition to the Scan feature, where pressing the Down key during scanning when the scan has stopped on an active channel, adds that channel to a temporary list of Nuisance channels, which will be skipped during the current scan.

This list is not retained if the scan is stopped and started again.

I also updated the CPS with some changes to make it easier to calibrate the power, as previously in the VFO after the new calibration settings were uploaded and the radio was rebooted, the VFO frequency was not saved, and hence could go back to a different frequency if you changed it while adjusting the power levels

The CPS can be downloaded from the usual locations e.g.
https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/ ... taller.exe

OK

HS mode was not changed, but as with any software, all changes can have unexpected consequences ;-)

I think the 'unexpected consequence' was pilot error
