Cannot see channels in CPS TG setup

I have tried a couple of CPS versions and not had any luck getting the channels I tagged with a TG name to appear in the TG available list. I need some help understanding how to do this. Followed Roger's video to the point that he displayed a populated TG List, that is where I stopped making progress.
