Post by f6fzo » Thu Feb 13, 2020 7:33 am

bonjour
dans un tout autre domaine!
peut-on améliorer le niveau de squetch en numérique dans l'étalonnage voir peut être le niveau AGC target!
chez moi avec un signal a -120 DB c'est trop juste
Merci pour la réponse

Hello
in a completely different field!
can we improve the level of digital squelch in the calibration see maybe the AGC target level!
home with a signal at -120 DB it's too fair
thank you for the answer

I am sure someone else posted this question yesterday.

There is no DMR squelch.

In DMR mode the receive is wide open, all audio filters etc are disabled.

The C6000 DMR chip receives the 4FSK audio and decodes it, and outputs the data as numbers, i.e then TG and the Source ID, as well as 27 bytes of audio every 30 ms, which are decoded into raw audio which is sent to the speaker.

Perhaps you can explain what problem there is with the DMR squelch ?

(Google translates)

Peut-être pouvez-vous expliquer quel est le problème avec le squelch DMR?

If we use the gd77 in the car, moving, and the signal varies greatly you have many audio errors, pixelations. I checked the signal from where it starts to "pixelate" and goes around -110db. I don't know if it's low sensitivity or not. It may be necessary to adjust each radio individually? If so, how should we do so?
