OpenGD77

OK. I think a value of 990 is not totally abnormal.

I'm sure there is something in the setup of the C6000 that we are missing, which makes the official firmware work better than the OpenGD77, and its something we'll need to look at after we clear some of the other bugs we are working on

Just to report that I connected to a repeater on the way to and from work today, successfully bounced a few tests off a TG9990 and heard a variety of calls. All worked well and haven't had a single stutter since tuning the MMDVM and taking the oGD-77's OSC to 990.
