Flackering Audio

Post by DF9HJ » Tue Nov 26, 2019 1:31 pm

Hi Guys

In DMR audio is flackering seem especially for long QSO reception. Changing frm Channel to VFO mode cures temporarily.
This has already addressed ealier (in the your old blog Roger can't find the topic) and was gone until uploaded FW 657714e Bulid Nov 26 16:02:17 version.
The GD-77 is Channel mode with dual time slot receiption.

That's interesting

I don't have the problem, but it would seem to indicate that something is on the edge of the timing and that small changes to the code push things over the edge

I confirm this effect, which actually appears after prolonged listening. I wrote about it before this forum. Just press the red key and everything returns to normal.

There have not been any changes to the DMR Rx code. I think any apparent changes are probably a coincidence
