[Fixed] Experimental Baofeng RD-5R version - Last Heard Display Error

In the RD-5R to display the last heard by pressing Function and the "3" button on the screen the information is shifted relative to the cursor and it is a bit illegible.

The problem is the highlight height, it will need to have a custom height on the RD-5R
