When scanning, if a duplex repeater is present, the radio station stops scanning and waits for the transmission to finish. It stops scanning even if a different time slot is configured. As a result, we get a stop scanning and silence (another time slot).

This is a bug in the scanning.

However to fix it requires a complete re-write of the whole scanning system, and I don't have time to do this at the moment, as its probably days of work
