Its simpler than described in your video
Just use the firmware loader from the Releases
Select your radio type and then press "Download and Update" button
This will always give you the latest version, so.. At the moment, you don't need to download the firmware loader again.
I am likely to update the firmware loader soon, to have both the Latest (potentially buggy version) and the last Released version.
Note. All versions are marked as Pre-release purely because they only get tested by a few people before getting released and hence are not guaranteed to be bug free.
