Hi all,

Here because GM1YME and GM7RYR suggested I upgrade my GD-77 from factory firmware to OpenGD77. Day job is in electronic engineering with a sprinkling of firmware experience so I may be able to help out on development if time permits, but first I need to get to grips with the new (to me) UI!
