And if is possible, to add an option for set promiscuos on or off, maybe with a quick key combination.
Maybe activating the filter "TS, TG" you would have enough.

Re: [Normal operation of the hardware] White noise at no volume

Also... On some radios you also get a squealing noise if the battery voltage is higher than 8V and you turn the volume down. This is a design fault in the audio amplifier circuit. I know Jason VK7ZJA send some details to Radioddity about what resistors and capacitors to change in their design to mi...

Re: Update 16th Feb

Ok, I understand, then, that by not putting the filter of timeslot, the audio improves because at the moment that, by mistake, it is changed timeslot the audio continues to leave, when not being filtered. I've looked at the DMR chip documentation for a bit, but have to spend more time on it. :| I ha...

Re: Update 16th Feb

I insist ... The chip gives us raw data, ok. Or nothing. I think it can be improved. Current Flowchart (as I understand it): valid Raw data ---> filter slot ---> if slot ok then ---> Audio every 30ms this happens. and if there is no data for a few mili seconds, we have to synchronize the slot again....

Re: Update 16th Feb

Hi Roger, Sorry for not spelling correctly in English. What I mean is, I don't know how the firmware is programmed, or how the dmr chip delivers the data. The idea is that the filter you are using in the firmware that decides which slot to deliver to the speaker, could be programmed to keep the Slot...

[Normal operation of the hardware] White noise at no volume

You turn on the radio, but don't increase the audio.
If the selected channel is receiving a signal, the speaker sound white if you hear it near your ear.
Not very important.
In DMR, of course.

Re: Update 16th Feb

I have found that if you turn off the TG filter the audio stays much better, without so many cuts and without pixelation. On the move, with the car, I was able to travel about 10km without practically modulation cuts. With the TG filter on, the same route, no conversations can be heard. Thinking a ...

This bug is still active when I am moving and when the RX level is weak Here I was in my elevator https://youtu.be/VaxplJBmL44 This is not new with this release but something is new, it happens that the loudspeaker keeps off though it should not. In this case I have to switch off then on the GD77 7...
