[Resolved - Speaker mic cable touching the antenna] PTT Latch Question
I've been using the PTT latch feature for a while with a speaker mic. I have a friend who also uses it in this config. There was always what appeared to be an issue using this feature against my local repeater.. it doesn't latch up - instead it lets go pretty much straight away. So I turn latch off ...

Talks Alias Scramble
I've recently tried combinations of TA Tx On/Off and Order DB/Ct/TA etc. And I am testing with another operator on GD-77 (Sept Firmware) I keep getting scrambled talkers alias coming thru e.g. from live logs M: 2020-09-13 02:08:30.518 DMR Talker Alias (Data Format 1, Received 6/12 char): 'VE3WWM' M:...

Re: TS change and overwrite
in fact - when I got to a TG which is on TS1 and go to Channel Details, it's sitting on TS2.
Change it to 1, save and I'm on TS1 as before I leave, go in reverse on a TG which is on TS2, go to details - channel on TS1, (blue+green) save and screen is on TS2.
Does override need to be disabled?

Re: TS change and overwrite
OK I tested this several times and it does not save.

Re: TS change and overwrite
interesting - it looks like it saves when you go back to Channel Details but the main screen still shows the old settings

TS change and overwrite
I've been scouring the manual... when I have a TG on a channel set to the wrong TS, I can change it with the * key for the moment I need it. But is there a way of saving the change of TS back into memory without going via CPS?
