i resurrected my bluestack mega today and NO STUTTERING
i swapped to mmdvm jumbo because they had no issues
so this latest fix has cured it.

that works great, tested with 9990, 4000, 4400, and 5000, and i tried a private call with my i.d. from another radio
all working, allow pc is now on again
