This is a bug I saw on the NA7Q firmware, but hadn't seen (yet) on Roger's build.
I have not tried NA7Q's version yet, but this is on Roger's current version here

Re: Experimental versions to fix potential speaker hiss

I am noticing that with the filter set to 'none', after I transmit the cc changes from the setting in the code plug to 0 and the net time I transmit it transmits on cc0. This happens on the hot and digital simplex. The result is that I am sending out the wrong cc. It does not happen if I have the fi...

Re: Tier2 vs Tier1 firmware

I went into the calibration of both of the GD-77’s and adjusted 8F008 DAC word for frequency reference oscillator at UHF fine tune and 8F00A Frequency fine tune for DMR mode. (These are the only two settings I could see that would affect the UHF Frequency offset). 8F078 and 8F07A are the VHF address...

Re: Experimental Contacts cache system

I have the Experimental cache system firmware loaded and have been running it on my hotspot and local repeaters. It seems to be running without issue for some time now.

Re: Experimental changes to code optimisation

Seems to be working fine, I have not found any issues with it yet but will keep testing. I did notice a couple of time on the local dmr repeater, while in the scan mode, durning a conversation. The screen would show a talk group and I'd but no audio was heard. When the transmittion was dropped, the ...

Re: Update 16th Jan

I am seeing the same problem on one of my GD-77's and not the other but to answer your question, the problem is with both the beeps and the DMR audio The changes to the AMBE audio decode are different to the beep audio system. So it would be interesting to know if beeps work but DMR audio does not

Re: Transmitting on VHF DMR Repeater not possible

I have started to experience the problem recently as well (with the last few firmware builds) on UHF with my Openspot. I have been having trouble getting the open spot to be able to receive both of my GD-77’s. I can set it up to receive one (either one) but not both by adjusting the DMR demodulation...

Re: Update 9th Jan 2020

I am running the firmware with your fix, it seems to be working well, but then then your version before worked ok for me on Windows 10 with the latest beta version of BlueDV Okay, I found a bug which is BlueDV (Windows) specific. I've added a work around, do you want to test it ? Cheers. --- Daniel
