After a 35 minute drive. The results are amazing. 6 is definitely too low.
I suggest a higher number. I put 12 on my build and it seems pretty spot on. It's like a dream!
I tested on a couple different VHF repeaters, indoors, and while mobile within ranges of 7 to 35 miles away from them.

Re: Experimental version to help DMR breakup
This makes a huge difference. I've only tested it at 6 over a few minutes from within my house where inside coverage is marginal. I'm also testing it at 12, which seems to be even better and very much noticeable to me. I'm going to test it on my drive and see how it works. This certainly makes it a ...

Fixed the DMR break up using this change.

The results of this change are highly noticeable. This is set at 6. I'm testing it at 12. Which is also even better it appears.
The one I posted is set at 6. After work I will update it to 13.

Re: New channel from VFO
So I really used the VFO on the fly over the last week on my long journey. The ability to save DMR channels was just amazing. Thank you guys for making that possible! Made for even better trip. No computer necessary!

Re: Chat Box
Perhaps I'll create something elsewhere for kicks and see what sort of user base I might get. Would be fun to have a live chat with other users. Call me new school I don't have a problem with creating anything either. I do have an IRC that's web based I could use.
Sounds fair. Thanks for the input.

Re: Chat Box
Don't do this. There will be discussions in the chat that a rarely visited user will not be able to keep up to date. Later there will be questions about which topics were discussed in the chat. Later, nerves will arise, surly answers like (after all, the problem was described in the chat room). To ...

Re: New channel from VFO
Thoughts on a delete channel function for this also?
