Hi,
seems, that you didn't point to the original firmware as you programmed the radio with OpenGD77. So the DMR codec wasn't extracted and so no DMR working...

Re: RD-5R display problem
Do you have a logic analyser dongle ? Could you take the radio apart, connect a logic analyser to the FM broadcast radio clip, load the official firmware, and then capture what data it sends to the FM radio chip in order to receive FM broadcast radio (100Mhz band) ?? I have a RD5R, but I don't thin...

Re: [From May 29th] New ongoing "Development" version has been created
So just to be sure, for an RD-5R I use the GD77 firmware for CPS to combine with the bin file. Not the Rd-5R firmware, correct? Really really love this on my RD-5R, and am ready to move to the latest. Thank you all the developers for finding a way to move on. Yes, just use the stock GD77 firmware f...

Re: Calibrating Power?
Its simple. 1.Connect the USB cable to the radio 2.Run the CPS 3.Open the Calibration screen and read the data from the radio 4.Set the radio to 1W. 5.Measure the power, and adjust the 1W (Low power) power number for the frequency you are transmitting on. If the power is too low, increase the numbe...

Re: Development and Beta updates for Baofeng RD-5R error
Can also not confirm. The latest development version downloaded and flashed via the CPS runs well here on three RD-5Rs.

Re: Codeplug DL
@G4EML & @VK3KYY Hi Colin, hi Roger, could you please take a look at my DL codeplug? I created this CP using the stock CPS CP, converted it with Colin's tool to an OpenGD77-CP (OpenGD77 to CSV v3.1), reorganized and updated it with new items and converted the CVSs back to an OpenGD77-CP. The CSVs ar...
