So it sounds that in this case it would need to be handled essentially the same way as with the stock firmware. Stuff like this takes serious consideration and planning. Do you set up zones based on a driving pattern? A specific area? Or by Repeaters? I must research more what can be done. Thanks e...

I should have checked what I bought! I got a used GD77 from a guy and simply took the cable as being for the radio. When the mistake was realized the swap took place.

I want to calculate the wattage the stock AC adapter for the GD-77 draws at 120volts but Radioddity feels it irrelevant to list AMP?

Anyone know what it may be?

Sure it is! Agreed! But if the solution was as simple as replacing the Baofeng with the Radioddity cable you just may not want the whole world to know about your stupid mistake :)

Well thats the thing it worked flawlessly with stock GD77 firmware but now it doesn't.

Did you see the screen display I uploaded?? When I keyed the mic the entire display flipped backwards,
