I've found a bug in the FW code about APRS TX Freq.

About the frequency, I need to check the CPS first.

PLS pay attention to the id "grpRadioType" in Chinese is twice, and will be displayed the error that means "there is same key option" and the firmware loader will be only displayed in English but not Chinese corretly. So please delete the duplicate items which is only exsist in Chinese.xml, thanks....

Adding Imperial would introduce more strings in every language, changes to the UI, conversion, etc. Too much space/processing for this.
