I have a newer radio myself, and see the same problems with audio with the Tier II firmware which makes me go back to the Tier I firmware (I keep trying the new versions of the Tier II firmware). I had suspected it was something slightly different hardware wise with the newer radios.

I tried it with my Jumbospot and N5BOC mmdvm hs_hat hotspots and I still had the same 60ms audio defect pop up occasionally. So not related to the DVMega radio hat. I was wondering if you are getting this while using a hotspot and if so which Hotspot. I have a work around if it is a open spot Yes, using it with my DVMega Pi 3B hotspot primarily with the EA7KDO Nextion screen layout. I'll try it later with my other hotspots and add an edit for fun. I also suffer from this bug with all the Tier II firmware I've tried and makes me go back to the Tier I firmware. I'll post my calibration screens for reference.
